COVID-19 Social Contract
I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if (a) I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, or (b) there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers.

Refund and Exchange Policy
HARLINGEN COMMUNITY THEATRE TICKET AND DONATION POLICY

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: All ticket purchases and donations made to the Harlingen Community Theatre are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for tickets or donations under any circumstances.

Ludus Convenience Fees: Any convenience fees charged by Ludus, our booking agent, are non-refundable.
Ludus Conditional Refundable Booking Options: Ludus, our booking agent, provides conditional refundable booking options through their third-party insurance. This option is independent of Harlingen Community Theatre. Please refer to Ludus' Terms and Conditions available at [https://www.refundable.me/extended/en/] before purchasing tickets with the refundable option. Harlingen Community Theatre is not accountable for any refunds or exchanges associated with this option. For inquiries, kindly contact Ludus directly.

General Policies
Age Verification for Student Ticket Purchases: Harlingen Community Theatre reserves the right to request identification for age verification for Student ticket purchases. Patrons perceived to be over the age of 18 who refuse to provide identification may be denied entry to the event.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Harlingen Community Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
